I am a massage therapist based in Upper Heyford, serving clients from Bicester, Banbury and other locations in Oxfordshire.

Being a Holistic Massage Therapist is my profession but, first and foremost, it is also my passion. I'm truly grateful for being able to make a real difference to the wellbeing of my clients, bringing relief to their physical ailments but also helping them to relax and re- discover peace and inner balance. It is my strong belief that the healing starts within and a holistic massage can be a very important part of that healing journey.

I qualified as a  Holistic Massage Therapist after 2 years of  intense, hands on training. This allowed me to gain an in depth knowledge of various massage techniques but also get a deep appreciation for the genius of the human body and multilevel dependencies that govern its actions. I love exploring new areas and modalities of massage so have completed additional training in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Points Therapy  and Pregnancy massage. Recently I've been fascinated by rejuvenating KOBIDO face massage techniques and LomiLomi Hawaiian  massage.
