I am a massage therapist based in Upper Heyford, serving clients from Bicester, Banbury and other locations in Oxfordshire.

Being a Holistic Massage Therapist is my profession but, first and foremost, it is also my passion. I'm truly grateful for being able to make a real difference to the wellbeing of my clients, bringing relief to their physical ailments but also helping them to relax and re- discover peace and inner balance. It is my strong belief that the healing starts within and a holistic massage can be a very important part of that healing journey.

During my training towards the  ITEC certification as a  Holistic Massage Therapist  I gained an in depth knowledge of various massage techniques but also developed at a deep appreciation for the genius of the human body and multilevel dependencies that govern its actions. Since then I've completed many additional training courses  extending my knowledge and skills into new areas and modalities of massage such as:

Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Points Therapy, Pregnancy massage and Lymphatic Drainage.  I  also love offering my clients  more exotic, yet incredibly effective, massage rituals such as rejuvenating KOBIDO and Hadado  face massage and LomiLomi Hawaiian  massage. 

Recently I've been studying at a renowned Jing School of Massage  following my interest in how  integrated massage therapy can play a pivotal role in eliminating chronic pain and long term muscle conditions.

I am a member of Complementary Therapist Association ( CThA) and have The International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC ) certification,
